William C. Hernquist II was admitted to practice in November of 1988. He has been actively engaged in all phases of construction, business, insurance and personal injury law and litigation for over 15 years.

Mr. Hernquist is an active member of the California Bar Association, the San Diego County Bar Association and the American Trial Lawyers Association. He is a member of the Construction/Development and Mechanics' Lien Subsection of the Real Property Section of the State Bar. He is a member of Building Industry Association. He is also a member of the Sheet Metal and Air Conditioning Contractors National Association, and serves as Judge Pro Tem in the San Diego County Superior Court.

Mr. Hernquist has advised, structured or set up many, many construction industry companies on proper legal procedures to be followed whether they are signing contracts or attempting to collect the money they are owed.
