William C. Hernquist II was admitted to practice law in California in 1988. He has been actively engaged in all phases of construction, business, insurance and personal injury law and litigation for over 22 years. Mr. Hernquist has represented many construction industry companies in all aspects, be it signing contracts, being sued for damages or attempting to collect the money they are owed.
Mr. Hernquist is an active member of the California Bar Association, the San Diego County Bar Association and the American Trial Lawyers Association. He is a member of the Construction/Development and Mechanics' Lien Subsection of the Real Property Section of the State Bar. He is also a member of Building Industry Association and the Sheet Metal and Air Conditioning Contractors National Association.
Mr. Hernquist currently resides in La Mesa, California with his wife
and their 2 children.
